  1. No Refund Policy: Once registration or admission is completed for any course on MMEAC.com, no refunds will be provided. This policy applies to all courses offered on our platform.

  2. Course Change Option: In lieu of refunds, MMEAC offers the flexibility to change the enrolled course to another course of equal value. Students may request a course change within a specified time frame after registration.

  3. Cancelled Admission: In the event that an admission is cancelled by the student, no refunds will be issued. It is essential to carefully consider your course selection before completing the registration process.

  4. Transfer of Admission: Admission to a course is non-transferable. Once a student is registered for a specific course, the admission cannot be transferred to another individual.

  5. Course Material and Access: Refunds will not be provided for course materials or online access to educational content. Once the access details have been provided, the purchase is considered final.

  6. Payment Disputes: Any payment disputes or chargebacks initiated by the customer after completing the registration process will be subject to investigation. MMEAC reserves the right to take appropriate legal action to recover any outstanding fees.

  7. Exceptions: Refunds may be considered in exceptional cases, such as technical errors on the part of MMEAC.com preventing course access or other unforeseen circumstances. Each case will be evaluated individually, and a decision will be made at the discretion of Maharashtra Mission Education and Career. 

  8. Refund Turnaround Time: In cases where a refund is approved, the processing time for crediting the amount to the customer's bank account is 5-7 working days. 

  9. Course Change Procedure: To request a course change, please contact our customer support team at support@mmeac.com within the specified time frame. Course changes are subject to availability and must be for a course of equal value.
